Haworth's custom set the action(string-height) at no extra cost before shipping.
If you're not sure which action to choose, just select Standard.

Low Action = 2 - 2.5mm*
Standard Action = 2.5 - 3mm*
High Action = 3 - 3.5mm*

*Approx string height at 12th fret

Haworth's will tune the instrument to your preference.
If you're not sure, just select Standard EADGBE.
