Haworth's guarantee to beat any advertised price by 5%. This applies only to NEW items for sale within Australia by an Authorised Retailer of the particular product. The item must be readily available from the competitor's store and the competitor must have the item in stock. The item must not be floor stock, ex demo or a discontinued model. Haworth's must be a regular stockist of the particular item and have it in stock. Free shipping does not apply to the item if the competitor's store does not also offer free shipping. Haworth's exercise the right to deny this guarantee if any of the above terms are not met.

7 day 'free-shipping' money back guarantee

If the customer is not satisfied with the item, the customer may send/bring the item back to Haworth's for a full refund of the purchase price within 7 days of receiving the item. Haworth's will also cover the freight charge of sending the item back to the warehouse for musical instruments listed on the webpage with 'free shipping' marked on the sale tag. The 'free-shipping' component of this guarantee applies to customers in Australia only. The 7 day money back guarantee still applies for international customers, however the return delivery cost is at the customer's expense. If the customer wishes to send the item back and make use of the 7 day money back guarantee, they must notify Haworth's before doing so or the guarantee will not apply.

The item must be in the original condition when Haworth's receive it, including packaging or the refund will not be issued. The refund will only be issued once Haworth's have the item in their possesion and confirm the item is in original condition
